First class pastries, absolutely wonderful! When choosing, the decision is really difficult!

Expensive but very good

Cake that tastes like nothing. Not even good coffee and at high prices. Even if it is the only cafe in town and there are many day-trippers, you should pay attention to a healthy price / performance ratio.

The cake is delicious. Unfortunately, the waitresses are always completely overwhelmed. Even now during Corona times, the café could serve significantly more guests if they had staff that were "on the ball". Pity!

We were lucky with the weather and it was very busy. The service on the ship was very, very friendly, even to guests who didn't immediately know what they wanted. We were very surprised because that cannot be taken for granted.

During my visit on Sunday afternoon yesterday, I had to find out that the tables were by no means wiped / disinfected ... I am a little disappointed because the coffee and cake are delicious, it was busy, many guests came and could meet choose your favorite table yourself without wiping it down first. For lunch I visited the Schwan Inn, where the hygiene concept was implemented very reliably, nobody was allowed to sit down at the table before the table was not cleaned ... unfortunately within 4 days I had to find out that some people let this issue slip. Since I work in the catering industry myself, I react very sensitively, because I am of the opinion that WE all who work in the catering sector must take the Corona issue seriously, because we simply cannot afford a second lockdown ... and together WE can do it too .... together WE are strong and have to stick together! ... A nice café with a view of the Altmühltal.

Very good cakes and pies. Large selection. The Kaiserschmarren with raisins was also very good.

This cafe can really be recommended. The cheese cream cake was very very fine.

The second star is only for the good quality of the desserts. The word "bad grotto" was invented for the service.

If you fancy coffee and cake, then I would definitely pick something tasty inside! Delicious! Outside also a nice terrace. Just a pity that sometimes a lot of traffic comes along.

Nice cakes and chocolate pralines, all in house made. A great stop after Falkenhof Schloss. It has great view of the Danube. The cakes are very nice. I want to try them all!
